3. Payments & Refunds

All services are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination.

Certain hosting plans may be eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund exclusions apply, including domains, SSL certificates, add-ons, and abuse-related suspensions.

4. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice for violations of these Terms, abuse of resources, or non-payment. Clients may cancel services at any time through the client dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

NaamX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, data loss, or interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction of NaamX.
