Users may NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or any form of commercial email without recipient consent (CAN-SPAM violations)
• Host malware, ransomware, phishing kits, viruses, trojans, or any harmful executable content
• Attempt unauthorized access, port scanning, penetration testing, hacking, or any form of network intrusion
• Use services for illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, child exploitation, or distribution of illicit materials
• Abuse server resources (CPU, RAM, I/O, bandwidth) affecting other users on shared environments
• Host copyrighted material without explicit permission (torrents, pirated software, media, etc.)
• Operate proxy anonymizers, TOR exit nodes, or open mail relays without prior authorization
• Distribute content promoting hate speech, violence, or harassment

Shared hosting accounts must not excessively consume CPU, RAM, bandwidth, disk I/O, or storage resources beyond fair limits. Examples of excessive usage include:

• Consistent CPU usage above 25% of a single core over extended periods
• Memory usage exceeding allocated limits (typically 1GB–2GB for shared plans)
• Running background processes, daemons, or cron jobs that impact server stability
• Hosting large file archives, backup repositories, or video streaming without approval
• Using hosting as a file dump or public distribution point for large downloads

Cloud VPS and dedicated servers have allocated resources — exceeding those limits may require plan upgrades.

Users must maintain secure passwords and keep all installed software (CMS, plugins, scripts) updated to prevent vulnerabilities. Additional security responsibilities include:

• Using strong, unique passwords for all accounts and enabling two-factor authentication where available
• Regularly updating WordPress, themes, plugins, and any web applications
• Promptly removing unused or outdated scripts that may pose security risks
• Reporting any suspected security breach or unauthorized access to support@naamx.net immediately
• Not sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination without notice. Enforcement actions include:

• Warning: For minor first-time violations, a written warning may be issued with a request to rectify the issue within 24–48 hours.
• Temporary Suspension: For moderate or repeated violations, services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
• Immediate Termination: For severe violations (spamming, malware, phishing, illegal content), accounts will be terminated instantly with no refund.
• Network Blacklisting: IP addresses used for abuse may be null-routed or blacklisted, affecting service availability.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by other NaamX Solutions users, please report it immediately to abuse@naamx.net. Provide the following information:

• Your name and contact information (for follow-up)
• Description of the violation (including timestamps, IP addresses, and evidence)
• The affected service or URL (if applicable)

All reports are investigated confidentially. We take abuse reports seriously and will take appropriate action while respecting user privacy.

NaamX Solutions employs automated monitoring systems to ensure compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to:

• Monitor bandwidth, disk space, CPU, and memory usage patterns
• Analyze network traffic for anomalies, DDoS attacks, or malicious activity
• Block specific ports or protocols that are commonly abused (e.g., open mail relays, vulnerable services)
• Throttle or rate-limit excessive API calls or network connections

Reasonable personal and business use is always permitted. However, any activity designed to bypass resource limits or degrade service for others is strictly prohibited.

NaamX Solutions may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Material changes may be communicated via email or client noticeboard.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must immediately stop using NaamX Solutions services and request account cancellation.
