Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services at any time through the client area or support department.

Cancellation Requests

To ensure a smooth offboarding process, please follow these guidelines:

  • Hosting services must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges. You may cancel via client area or by emailing support.
  • Domain registrations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after registration. Domains will remain active until their expiration date, but no refunds are issued for early termination.
  • Dedicated resources and custom services (e.g., dedicated servers, custom development, enterprise solutions) may require advance notice of at least 14–30 days as specified in your service agreement.
  • For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (no partial refunds).
Important: Cancellation requests submitted after the billing cycle renewal will be applied to the next period. You are responsible for canceling before the auto-renewal date.

Immediate Termination

🚨 Zero Tolerance Policy: NaamX Solutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately without prior notice for:
  • Abuse of systems or staff, harassment, or threatening behavior
  • Illegal activities, including distribution of prohibited content
  • Spam, bulk email campaigns, or any violation of anti-spam laws
  • Malware hosting, phishing, hacking attempts, or security exploits
  • Any violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy

In such cases, no refund will be issued for any unused services, and accounts may be permanently disabled.

Data Removal

All data may be permanently deleted after account termination. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining complete backups of their files, databases, emails, and configurations before initiating cancellation.

  • Upon cancellation request (voluntary), data will be retained for 7 days as a grace period, after which it is permanently erased.
  • For immediate termination due to policy violations, data may be removed without any recovery period.
  • NaamX Solutions strongly recommends downloading backups via cPanel, FTP, or control panel before canceling any service.
💾 Backup reminder: We are not liable for data loss after account cancellation. Please keep off-service backups at all times.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

You can cancel your services using any of the following methods:

  • Client Area: Log in to your account → Services → Request Cancellation (recommended for fastest processing).
  • Support Department: Send an email to support@naamx.net with your account details, service name, and reason for cancellation.
  • Billing Ticket: Open a ticket in the billing section requesting termination effective immediately or at the end of the term.

All cancellation requests receive an automated confirmation within 2 hours. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please follow up to ensure your request is processed.

Domain Registrations & Non-Cancellable Services

Domain names operate differently: once registered, they cannot be "canceled" for a refund. You may choose to let a domain expire, but no fees will be returned.

These items are final sale and non-refundable. Cancelling associated hosting will not generate a refund for these add-ons.

Dedicated Resources & Custom Services

For dedicated servers, custom cloud instances, or enterprise solutions, cancellation requires a written notice according to your contract (typically 30 days in advance).

  • Advance notice helps us provision resources and manage infrastructure.
  • Early termination fees may apply if you cancel before the minimum term commitment.
  • Custom development projects: cancellation terms are defined in the specific Statement of Work (SOW).
📅 Notice period reminder: Please review your service agreement for dedicated resource cancellation windows. Standard shared hosting can be canceled anytime before renewal.

Post-Cancellation & Reactivation

After cancellation is processed:

  • Services will be suspended immediately (or at the requested end date).
  • Data may be retained for up to 7 days if voluntarily canceled; after that, permanent deletion occurs.
  • Reactivation of canceled services may require a new order and full payment of current rates. Backups are not guaranteed after cancellation.

If you cancel by mistake, contact support within 48 hours to attempt restoration (additional fees may apply).

Policy Updates & Final Provisions

NaamX Solutions reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services unless superseded by a separate written agreement. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

By requesting cancellation, you confirm that you have removed all personal data and backups. NaamX Solutions is not liable for any data remaining after termination.
