Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be accepted within 7 days of purchase for eligible services. To qualify for a refund:

  • The service must be covered under our refund policy (hosting, certain SaaS plans)
  • Request must be submitted via official support channels within 7 calendar days from the invoice date
  • The service has not been abused or used in violation of our Terms of Service

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated:

Domain RegistrationsSSL CertificatesSoftware LicensesThird-Party ProductsSetup Fees

These items involve irrevocable costs or third-party providers that do not allow reversals. Domain names, once registered, cannot be "unregistered" for a refund. Setup fees cover labor and initial configuration, which are non-refundable after work has commenced.

Abuse & Violations

🚨 Important: Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds. This includes but is not limited to: spam abuse, malware distribution, phishing, illegal activities, Terms of Service violations, or any action that endangers NaamX Solutions infrastructure or other clients.

If your account is suspended due to prohibited usage, any unused fees (including prepaid hosting) will be forfeited. Refunds will not be issued for services terminated due to breach of contract.

Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation at any time through official support channels:

  • Email support@naamx.net or open a ticket via client area
  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle (no partial refunds for unused time unless within 7-day window for eligible services)
  • Upon cancellation, services will be terminated and data may be permanently removed after 7 days grace period

We recommend downloading backups before requesting cancellation. No additional fees are charged for cancellation requests.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method. The timeline varies by financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • Bank Transfer / Wire: 7–14 business days
  • Digital Wallets (where available): 3–7 business days

Once a refund is approved by NaamX Solutions, you will receive a confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Contact our support team at support@naamx.net with your invoice number and reason for refund
  2. Include any relevant details (service name, purchase date)
  3. Our billing team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method

Partial Refunds & Proration

In certain cases, NaamX Solutions may offer partial refunds at its sole discretion. Examples include:

  • Downgrading a plan mid-cycle (credit applied to future invoices, not cash refund)
  • Service migration issues resolved with partial compensation

No prorated refunds are given for early cancellation of non-refundable services or monthly subscriptions beyond the initial 7-day window. Annual plans: only the unused portion may be considered for refund within first 30 days, minus setup/service fees.
